Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days of payment confirmation. During busy periods, processing may take slightly longer. You will receive a notification once your order has been dispatched.

Delivery

Estimated delivery times vary depending on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout. Tracking information will be provided once your order has shipped.

Digital Products

Digital products are delivered electronically and do not require physical shipping. Download links or access details will be sent to your email address after purchase.

International Orders

We ship to multiple destinations. Any applicable customs duties, taxes, or import fees are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the order total.

Returns

Physical Products

If you are not satisfied with a physical product, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order. Items must be returned in their original, unused condition and packaging.

Return Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect. If the item is damaged or incorrect, please contact us before sending it back so we can review the issue and arrange the appropriate next step.

How to Start a Return

Before sending any item, email co4china@gmail.com with your order number, the reason for the return, and any relevant photos. We will review your request and provide the return instructions and address where applicable. Please do not send a return to an address that has not been confirmed by us.

Digital Products

Due to the nature of digital downloads, digital product sales are final after delivery. If you experience a technical issue with a digital product, please contact us and we will do our best to resolve it.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with a description and photo of the issue. We will review the claim and arrange a replacement or refund as appropriate.

Refunds

Once a return or issue has been reviewed and approved, we will confirm the applicable refund or replacement arrangements with you.
